Administrative Section
Web Recorded Actions Tracking System. This tracks all users and administrative actions. When a user creates a purchase order or budget development this is recorded into the web application. Every action made by everyone one on the site is recorded.

Create End User/Employee. The Administrative person has the ability to create a user for the Purchase Order / Budget Development web based application. The system will check to see what is available for the adminstrator, and the adminstrator is not allowed to create bogus or bad information on or about the end users account. There are many checks and balances on the system to keep your data clean and correct at all times.
Delete End User/Employee. The Administrative person has the ability to Delete an employee, the program will ask twice before letting you make the deletion and it won't let you delete someone that has open transactions.
Add more account numbers to End User/Employee. The Administrative person has the ability add more account numbers to an employee who has more than one work assignment. Thus giving the ability for multile accounts in the end users Budget or Purchase Orders ability.
Edit an End User/Employee Account. The Administrative person has the ability to edit each employees account, update any or all information for that employee. Of course any changes made are recorded in the Web Recorded Actions
