This application is 100% unencrypted. Includes three source code versions for MS Access, MySQL and MS SQL databases.
ActiveManager for Documents supports all document types. It also supports all image types - even databases!
Most significantly, its search functionality can help identify documents or files that are likely to contain the information included in the user's search term or phrase, thereby dramatically decreasing the time it takes a user to locate what they're looking for. The document locator search interface is essentially a search engine that finds relevant documents containing the user's search expression. A search expression can be a keyword, a key search phrase and may include a filter or category, file type or a date range span. For example, enter the phrase "employee rules" into the search engine page and then click the 'Search' button to retrieve a list of documents that may contain information about employee rules.
ActiveManager for Documents has been created using ColdFusion technlogy, is 100% unencrypted, and can be installed on any business website where site visitors will have 24/7 accessibility. Most importantly, security can be enforced by restricting users' access to sensitive data by means of returning only documents that are equal to or below the user's explicit level of access and entitlement. This feature can be disable, too! All indexed documents are marked as having any one of three different levels of access: Public, Restricted or Classified.
Public Documents: The most public access level available and should be applied to non-sentitive documents. Users with a Public Level of access can access only Public level documents.
Restricted Documents: A more restricted access level. Users with a Restricted level of access can access both Public and Restricted docuemnts.
Classified Documents: The most restricted access level available. Only users with Classified Level Access have access to Classified documents as well as access to the other two levels, Public and Restricted.
Download includes three different versions corresponding to MySQL, MS Access and MS SQL databases.
