ProLetterFusion Overview:

ProLetterFusion is a Coldfusion Application that can be included into any existing Website Management application to enable users send email campaigns to targeted subscribers.

The tree is structured and defined in to two main areas:

• Campaigns
  
  Campaigns are organised mailing list topics. You can have unlimited numbers of campaigns.
  Each campaign can have 1 or many Topics associated with it.
  In turn, each topic can have 1 or more broadcasts associated with it.
  A broadcast is any mail shot you intend to deliver.
  Broadcasts have templates, mailinglists and recipients associated with it.     
  
• Tools
  
  The tools section is where you manage Templates, MailingLists and Recipients.
  You can also manipulate undelivered mail, view statistics, add broadcast accounts etc

Every element and page in ProLetterFusion is also linked to a parent page so a user has instant access to any area of the application.

User Management

ProLetterFusion has complete user management built in automatically. You can specify the USERID to distinguish people as they are using the component. This allows you to customise every attribute of PLF for each user and also allows an unlimited number of users to use the application while keeping their data seperate from each other. Even undelivered mail is kept private from user-to-user!
